Crystal bowl sound bath
Lose yourself in a world of pure sound and deep peace. Vibrations penetrate the body, and can therefore affect brainwave states enabling a deep meditative experience.
Tuning fork therapy
Tuning forks can be used for specific therapeutic goals. They can be placed on the body for muscle relaxation, increased blood flow and anti-inflammatory benefits.
Group sessions
Group sessions bring their own benefits, such as collective nervous system regulation, oxytocin release and shared emotional processing.
Sound therapy sessions

Individual session
This is a one hour session either at our premises in Fishponds, Bristol, or a venue of your choice. The session is absorbing and dynamic, and always followed by an energising maté tea.
2-3 person session
Similar to the individual session, only tailored more to accommodating a group dynamic. Meditative and immersive for all involved.
Larger group session (4+ people)
Anything above 3 people is considered a larger group. These sessions need to take place at a larger venue and present a community feeling and shared experience which is different from smaller group sessions. This can take place at your home or a venue of your choosing.
